What is DDLA

How can you travel to the land of Tango, Technology and Art in five seconds?
Come and taste some dulce de leche. It is simple. It is sweet. You will love it.
Take a second to live the experience through your senses:

  • Watch it! The history of how dulce de leche was invented hides behind its color: around 1829, a house maid was told to prepare milk with sugar (it was prepared slightly warm). She got entertained cleaning and realized she left on the fire stove the milk boiling. When she got to the kitchen, the preparation was thick, brownish and delicious.
  • Smell it! Before you taste it, smell the sweet flavorings.
  • Relax and concentrate to live the experience of dulce de leche’s gentle texture in your mouth.
  • Imagine! Yourself in modern Buenos Aires, a couple dancing Tango, artists getting inspired by the colorful atmosphere…

…and

Smile!
